More changes in IVAO Finland's staff

Division's director and assistant director changes their roles.

IVAO Finland's current assistant director Jukka Palander will start in his new role as the Director of the division beginning from Thursday 26th of May. The former director of the division Simo Pietikäinen will assume Jukka's position as assistant director and will also remain as supervisor for the IVAO network.
