Some changes in IVAO Finland's staff

Our Event Assistant Coordinator Risto Partanen has decided to step down from his position. Our new EAC is Oskari Nykänen. We thank Risto for years of hard work as our event assistant coordinator and we welcome Oskari to the staff!
