About us

The meeting that started the idea of IVAO Finland and the initial plan was made on January 26th 2006.

On that day, there were only three persons in the meeting. Despite low human resources, the operation started quickly. Soon after, other members were asked to join and we had the necessary people needed to develop the division to it's current condition.

Now we are pleased to present our staff, which will be at your service to all your questions regarding IVAO activities!

Our Staff

FI-DIR - Division Director
	Jukka Vuopala Email: fi-dir@ivao.aero Jukka's task is to lead the division and supervise it's functions.

FI-ADIR - Division's Assistant Director
	Niko Pursiainen Email: fi-adir@ivao.aero Niko's task is to assist the Division Director.

FI-TC - Training Coordinator
	Sami Qadri Email: fi-tc@ivao.aero Sami is responsible of division's training tasks.

FI-FOC - Flight Operations Coordinator
	Aleksi Lindén Email: fi-foc@ivao.aero Aleksi is responsible for coordinating and developing Flight Operations in Finland.

FI-AOC - ATC Operations Coordinator
	Niko Pursiainen Email: fi-aoc@ivao.aero Niko coordinates ATC operations in the Finnish airspace and also works as the chief of EFIN FIR. Niko is also Assistant Director of the Division.

FI-MC - Membership Coordinator
	Olli Talso Email: fi-mc@ivao.aero Membership coordinator is helping our members about issues regarding membership.

FI-EC - Event Coordinator
	Niko Pursiainen Email: fi-ec@ivao.aero Event coordinator is responsible for creating and managing the events in our division, and being in contact with other divisions about events.

FI-EAC - Event Assistant Director
